When I experienced some unexpected medical challenges, Yvette went above and beyond to help me move units and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. She treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and care every step of the way. I truly felt like more than just a customer. Online booking was seamless, but the customer service set them apart. When I called to double-check my reservation, Yvette picked up immediately. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring, instantly making the whole process stress-free. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very easy to navigate. Move-in in May and pick-up in August were effortless thanks to ample parking and plenty of flatbed carts. A great touch: they play music in the corridors, which made the basement units feel welcoming rather than intimidating for our student. Compared to the expensive pickup services promoted around campus, Statesman Storage is a fantastic value without sacrificing quality or security. Clean, safe, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely use them again next summer!

Moving into a dorm for the first time is already stressful enough, and I had way more stuff than I realized, so I needed a storage unit last minute. I was pretty overwhelmed, but Yvette made everything so easy from the second I walked in. She was super friendly, answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. She took the time to help me figure out what size unit I needed instead of trying to upsell me into something bigger. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and isn’t just trying to get you in and out the door. The whole process was quick, the facility was really clean, and I left feeling so much less stressed than when I got there. Starting college and moving away from home is a huge adjustment, and having someone as kind and helpful as Yvette honestly made a big difference. If you’re a college student moving into the dorms or just need somewhere safe to keep your stuff, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Yvette. She made what could’ve been a really stressful day so much easier, and I’m really thankful for all of her help. I would absolutely come back if I ever need storage again.
