Moving and dealing with storage can be stressful, but Yvette made everything feel so much easier. She was always willing to answer my questions, help me out, and make sure I felt taken care of. You don’t always come across people who genuinely care about their customers, and Yvette is one of those people. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out to me, and I truly appreciate everything she’s done. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-kept, but honestly, the customer service is what makes this place stand out. I would absolutely recommend Statesman Storage to anyone in Salem looking for a storage facility. If you’re lucky enough to work with Yvette, you’ll understand exactly what I mean. Good prices, good environment and good security. The manager Yvette is very kind and explained everything concisely. I wish the hours were a bit longer, but for 9-6pm every day, even the weekends, it's a good split. I recommend them for storage options.

As a parent arranging summer storage for our college student for the first time, Statesman Storage was exceptional from start to finish. Online booking was seamless, but the customer service set them apart. When I called to double-check my reservation, Yvette picked up immediately. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring, instantly making the whole process stress-free. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very easy to navigate. Move-in in May and pick-up in August were effortless thanks to ample parking and plenty of flatbed carts. A great touch: they play music in the corridors, which made the basement units feel welcoming rather than intimidating for our student. Compared to the expensive pickup services promoted around campus, Statesman Storage is a fantastic value without sacrificing quality or security. Clean, safe, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely use them again next summer!

We used Statesman Storage to store our child’s belongings between freshman and sophomore year of college, and the whole process was very easy. We were able to get everything set up from out of state, communication was excellent with prompt replies by text, and the price was reasonable. Checkout was just as simple and hassle-free. A great option for college students and families who need storage between school years. Highly recommend.

Yvette's definitely the best in the Pacific North West. Super friendly and wonderful at explaining how the facility works. Definitely recommend Statesman Storage! And may I add they had a tenant pizza party that turned my frown upside down!
